A Two Day Bristol Wedding at Hotel du Vin and The Avon Gorge Hotel
Kate and Mike had the most relaxed, fabulous two day wedding starting at the Hotel du Vin, Bristol. We arrived to find Mike chilling on their bed in a gorgeous hotel suite while hair and make up was being done all around him. Their ceremony was small and intimate with only their closest family and friends. They followed with gin tasting for the guests while the couple had their wedding portrait photos (with Neil Thomas Douglas, fan girl moment for us both!) and film around the Clifton Suspension Bridge and the more urban, graffiti covered areas of Bristol.
Day 2 was just one big party for all of their friends at the Avon Gorge Hotel. We were asked to photograph and film this and we really didn’t want to leave! Huge shout out to their DJ Emma ‘Foxy’ Cox who was pure old school amazing. They had 3 cakes altogether, all by Choccywoccydoodah and they looked too good to eat! But Kate’s mum very kindly gave us some extra slices to take home – YASSS.
When you spend two days with such a wonderful group of people it really is a shame to say goodbye at the end of it, so we’re reliving it all again here. We really hope you enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed filming it!
